  • The platform is designed to support, not replace, qualified teaching professionals.

6. Student Data and Privacy

  • Student information is stored securely and used only to provide educational features.
  • We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
  • We do not sell or share student data with third parties.
  • Schools and teachers are responsible for obtaining necessary consent for student data usage.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors and should always be reviewed by a qualified educator. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaryd Smith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
